Ending Genocide: Reality Confronts Wishful Thinking

Explaining the main causes of mass, politically inspired murder, what has been done to mitigate violent political conflict in the past, and what can be done now. Why activism on genocide, for example in Darfur, rather misses the point and has been largely ineffective.
